My passion for promoting mental health and helping others is deeply personal. I have experienced profound grief that has reshaped both my family and my life. Like you, I have been frustrated when opportunities and relationships have fallen short of their potential and I just felt stuck. But I have felt the healing effect of good therapists who have dedicated their lives to helping people get unstuck. So, I embarked on my own healing and learning journey—one that informs the empathy, understanding, and commitment I bring to my work today.
I believe therapy should be evidence-based, multimodality and individualized to support you in ways that will resonate with your personal experiences and goals. I specialize in working with individuals and couples to address general and relational trauma, grief, strengthening emotional regulation, and fostering lasting healing in a safe space where you will feel supported.

At Brighter Days Integrative Therapy, I offer a range of evidence-based approaches—EMDR, EFT, DBT, grief counseling, and support for trauma, relationships, anxiety, and addiction—designed to meet you where you are.
